PMC Group’s primary safety goal is to provide a safe
and healthy work environment for all our employees
and customers by enforcing the utmost industry safe
practices and promoting overall safety awareness. All of our employees are given a thorough safety orientation so they know exactly what is expected of them on our projects, not only to comply with OSHA rules but most importantly to keep themselves safe along with their co-workers in order to ensure our customers a safe and timely project completion.
Our seasoned employees are provided continuing safety instruction to remind them to always promote safe work habits at the job site and also to teach newcomers the right “safe” way of doing the job. At PMC Group we pride ourselves on providing employees with modern and appropriate installation equipment to always complete a project safely. In the hiring process, as well as the startup of each new project, specific safety gear is reviewed and provided with supplemental training if necessary.
