This commercial building, which has been a loyal customer of ours for over ten years, includes 32 condominium homes and four retail suites. We provide preventative maintenance for the entirety of their HVAC systems, including heat pumps, refrigerant controllers, and fans while supporting multiple manufacturers such as American, Greenheck, and Mitsubishi. Using the newest technology like the Mitsubishi maintenance tool, we survey the system for both mechanical and communication errors and maintain a log of these. Regularly cleaning and repairing these systems ensures residents and customers alike maintain operations and thermal comfort.
