Kaiser Group’s Radiator Building is located on Fremont street between Williams and Vancouver. The building provides 36,000 square feet of office space with an emphasis on energy conservation. The project included installing new heating, air conditioning, and fresh air recycling throughout the 5 story building. The newly installed refrigerant flow units provided energy efficiency to reinforce their current eco-friendly standard. Portland Mechanical Contractors' involvement with this project illustrates our dedication to energy efficiency.
